Member Conduct
General Conduct
Section titled “General Conduct”North Star Racing members are to conduct themselves with the highest levels of respect at all times. Members are expected to treat other members, drivers, spotters, staff, sponsors, and spectators in a fair, respectful, and courteous manner. Bullying, abusive, or threatening behavior are strictly prohibited. North Star Administrators has sole discretion to determine if behavior is negatively impacting other members or the league. North Star Administrators reserve the right to restrict communication within events or Discord server communication if members are deemed in violation of the guidelines in the Member Conduct section.
Criticism
Section titled “Criticism”Constructive criticism and warranted complaints made in a respectful manner and in appropriate channels are encouraged. Comments deemed unfair or consistent negativity towards North Star Racing, iRacing.com, members, staff, or the community are strictly prohibited. Proper channels for acceptable comments can be found below:

Hateful and Discriminatory
Section titled “Hateful and Discriminatory”Hateful and discriminatory language is strictly prohibited in all league communications. This includes, but is not limited to: Discord text channels, Discord Direct Messages, Discord voice channels, iRacing lobby chat, iRacing radio chat, or communications on other relevant platforms.
Disclaimer
Section titled “Disclaimer”North Star Staff reserves the right to penalize breaches of member conduct on a case by case basis. Members have a right to appeal any penalties, unless specifically stated otherwise in the North Star Rules & Regulations.
